Guidelines for Creating a Profile

These guidelines define the mandatory requirements for creating, publishing, and maintaining a personal or institutional profile within the network. By submitting a profile, the user acknowledges and accepts the following provisions.

Identity and Accountability

  • Profiles may only be created by individuals or legal entities authorized to act on their own behalf or on behalf of an organization. 

  • All submitted information must be accurate, verifiable, and correspond to the user’s real identity. 

  • Misrepresentation, anonymous profiles, or misleading titles are strictly prohibited.


Professional Qualifications

  • Competencies, research areas, and professional roles must be presented factually and without exaggeration.

  • Publications, project contributions, and achievements may only be listed if they can be clearly attributed to the profile owner.

  • All descriptions must maintain a professional tone and avoid promotional or embellished claims.


Project and Collaboration Information

  • Project ideas, ongoing work, and collaboration interests must be stated transparently and in compliance with applicable regulations.

  • For state-funded research, funding agencies, project partners, and financial frameworks must be disclosed according to relevant grant requirements.

  • Confidential, proprietary, or non-released information (e.g., internal research data, protected technical details) may not be published.

 


Legal and Ethical Compliance

  • Copyrights, patents, and intellectual property rights must be respected at all times.
  • Personal data of third parties may be shared only with explicit consent.

  • Uploaded materials (images, documents, technical descriptions) are permitted only if the user holds the necessary usage rights.

  • Content that is discriminatory, inappropriate, or in violation of competition regulations is not permitted.


Security and Data Protection

  • Sensitive information regarding robotic systems, research infrastructures, or corporate environments may not be made public if it could pose security or operational risks.

  • The platform reserves the right to remove content that violates security standards, privacy regulations, or compliance policies.

 


Duty of Accuracy and Maintenance

  • Users are responsible for regularly reviewing and updating their profiles, especially when roles, affiliations, or project responsibilities change.

  • Inaccurate, outdated, or contradictory information may lead to temporary suspension or removal of the profile.


Communication and Conduct Standards

  • All interactions within the network must remain professional, respectful, and constructive.

  • Contact requests related to collaborations, projects, or job opportunities must be addressed in an appropriate and timely manner.

  • Unsolicited advertising, aggressive outreach, or any form of spam communication is prohibited.

Platform Review and Enforcement

  • The platform reserves the right to review and approve profiles before publication and to remove or restrict access in cases of non-compliance.

  • The platform may amend these guidelines at any time; users will be notified of significant changes through appropriate channels.
